Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that for any advanced bookings you will be charged a non-refundable deposit.
  • Should you need to cancel the booking then you will lose your deposit.
  • Should you need to move your booking then it is at the sole discretion of the management as to whether they will allow this.  In the event that this is not possible then you will have deemed to have cancelled the booking and will lose your deposit.
  • In extreme circumstances the management reserve the right to refund your deposit.

General Terms and Conditions

    • All players participate at their own risk
    • In the event of a fire/emergency follow marshal instruction on “EVACUATE” instruction.
    • Game sessions may be delayed
    • Players must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their first game time. Late arrivals may miss their games, in which case no refund will be given.
    • General public games are open to players of all ages (11+) and abilities
    • Standard game sessions are 20 minutes long and include kit up and kit downtime.
    • Playing time is approximately 15 mins but may vary depending on the time taken to kit up players.
    • Pre-booked games are not secured unless the appropriate deposit has been received at the time of booking.
    • All deposits are non-refundable.
    • All bookings are subject to a number reduction policy.
    • The minimum age to participate in game sessions is 11 years. Children aged 11 years and above must be able to wear the equipment in a safe manner;
    • One responsible adult for every 8 children must accompany children under 16 to the premises.
    • If you require first aid contact a marshall, Asthmatics and epileptics must advise a member of staff prior to their game. Asthmatics must bring their inhaler.
    • All players must obey house rules:
    • We recommend you do not run in the game zone, due to potentially slippery/wet floors and other trip hazards.
    • No physical contact, with either other players of arena scenery
    • No climbing, sitting or lying down.
    • No Abusive/threatening behaviour towards staff or player will be tolerated
    • The maximum number of laser packs is subject to change. Whilst every effort is made to maintain the maximum number of working packs there may be occasions where this is not possible.
    • Consumption of alcohol, smoking and chewing gum are not permitted.
  • Anyone who seems ‘unfit’ to play even if they have pre-booked will be unable to play without recompense. (Duty Manager’s discretion)
  • The right of admission reserved.
  • Go Pro / Action Cameras can be used on site without restriction, however, we request that you share any clips you make with us on Facebook – as we love to see them!
  • Pictures and video may be captured at gamedays by approved site photographers and videographers and will be used freely by us on our website and Facebook posts.
